After you send it
We book the visit with you when we call back. On the visit we measure the yard and the garage, mark the setbacks, photograph the electric meter and the panel, and find the sewer cleanout.
The written answer that follows says what fits on your lot, with an estimate for that scope. If an ADU will not fit, we tell you in writing, and you owe nothing.
If you can, have a few photos of the garage or the yard ready, with one of the electric meter and the panel.
